{"id":510,"date":"2018-09-18T23:18:22","date_gmt":"2018-09-19T03:18:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ginecoestetica.com\/?p=7546"},"modified":"2020-04-08T17:23:24","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T21:23:24","slug":"sindrome-premenstrual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ginecoestetica.com\/sindrome-premenstrual\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00edndrome Premenstrual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Por lo general se suele hablar del dolor o la molestia que pueden presentar las mujeres durante su menstruaci\u00f3n, \u00bfpero que sucede cuando estos s\u00edntomas a parecen sin estar relacionados con la misma?<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Es posible que desde 15 d\u00edas antes de tu menstruaci\u00f3n o en tus d\u00edas de ovulaci\u00f3n, presentes dolor p\u00e9lvico y que adem\u00e1s se acompa\u00f1e de otra sintomatolog\u00eda que puede ir desde un simple dolor de cabeza, hasta nausea, v\u00f3mitos, labilidad emocional importante, hipersensibilidad en las mamas, ansiedad, tensi\u00f3n, retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido y afectaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica (estado de \u00e1nimo deprimido, sentimiento de desesperaci\u00f3n). \u00a0No es necesario que todos estos s\u00edntomas aparezcan para poder decir que estas frente a un S\u00edndrome Premenstrual ya que incluso se toma en cuenta la intensidad de los mismos, que tanto llega afectar tu vida diaria y tu vida laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a su causa se sabe que en esta etapa puede ocurrir la disminuci\u00f3n de la hormona que se libera que es conocida como la Progesterona, pero tambi\u00e9n se atribuye a d\u00e9ficit de complejo B, magnesio y en ocasiones de calcio.\u00a0 Para el diagn\u00f3stico del mismo solo se puede realizar observando hasta por un m\u00ednimo de 3 meses la aparici\u00f3n de la sintomatolog\u00eda o de los cambios de forma c\u00edclica y en el mismo periodo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo podemos controlar? Es importante la consulta ginecol\u00f3gica para poder recibir el tratamiento ideal para cada una.\u00a0 Ya que el tratamiento puede basarse desde indicar hormona tipo progesterona que es la que disminuye en esta etapa en los casos de S\u00edndrome Premenstrual, hasta indicar actividad f\u00edsica, una alimentaci\u00f3n que cubra las deficiencias que puedan presentar, hasta la indicaci\u00f3n de magnesio que suele ayudar tanto a los calambres musculares como al dolor p\u00e9lvico.\u00a0 En ocasiones se requiere de apoyo psicol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Dra.
