{"id":540,"date":"2018-01-24T00:31:12","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T04:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ginecoestetica.com\/?p=7097"},"modified":"2020-04-08T17:28:42","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T21:28:42","slug":"sangrado-uterino-anormal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ginecoestetica.com\/sangrado-uterino-anormal\/","title":{"rendered":"Sangrado uterino anormal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: inherit;\">Es una de las razones m\u00e1s comunes por las que las mujeres acuden a la consulta ginecol\u00f3gica, este sangrado puede ocurrir a cualquier edad y debido a diferentes causas.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Debemos recordar que un periodo normal es aquel que dura de 21 d\u00edas a 35 d\u00edas, con un ciclo promedio de 28 d\u00edas, esto cont\u00e1ndolo desde el primer d\u00eda de menstruaci\u00f3n, cuando ya comenzamos a presentar periodos con sangrados de m\u00e1s de 7 d\u00edas y que, adem\u00e1s, sean m\u00e1s frecuentes, incluso presentando sangrados no c\u00edclicos o tambi\u00e9n conocidos como irregulares es cuando hablamos de sangrado uterino anormal.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Por ello cuando presentas esta alteraci\u00f3n en tu ciclo menstrual incluyendo sangrados con las relaciones sexuales debes consultar. Como se mencion\u00f3, al presentar esta irregularidad debemos consultarlo con nuestro ginec\u00f3logo ya que existen diferentes causas, si hablamos de las pacientes adolescentes una de sus causas puede ser la inmadurez de su sistema endocrino, sin embargo ya en mujeres de 20 a\u00f1os, se ha encontrado como causa la presencia de p\u00f3lipos endometriales, la alteraci\u00f3n \u00a0metab\u00f3lica \u00a0en mujeres que presentan obesidad, perfil lip\u00eddico elevado o que sufra de diabetes tambi\u00e9n puede ocasionar trastornos menstruales o sangrados anormales.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los fibromas o lo que se conoce como fibromatosis uterina ocupa uno de los primeros lugares como causa de sangrado uterino anormal, el mismo son tumores no cancerosos que se forman del m\u00fasculo del \u00fatero, esto puede llevar a aumentar el tama\u00f1o uterino.\u00a0\u00a0 Los anticonceptivos hormonales pueden ocasionar sangrados entre las menstruaciones, tambi\u00e9n debemos tener presente c\u00e1ncer de endometrio o de cuello uterino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La mayor\u00eda de las causas son prevenibles si acudes a tiempo a tus consultas adem\u00e1s actualmente existen m\u00e9todos diagn\u00f3sticos poco invasivos como la histeroscopia, ecograf\u00eda p\u00e9lvica o transvaginal entre otros, que en gran medida puede ayudar a un diagn\u00f3stico oportuno.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es una de las razones m\u00e1s comunes por las que las mujeres acuden a la consulta ginecol\u00f3gica, este sangrado puede ocurrir a cualquier edad y debido a diferentes causas.
